Cancellation Policies
Make the reservation indicating the number of adults, the date, time and flight number, as well as the destination or pickup hotel; For this purpose, a child aged 5 years or older is considered an adult because he or she will occupy a seat.
To confirm the reservation, payment must be made through payment methods 72 hours before the transfer.
In case of cancellation (annulment) of the reservation, it must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Otherwise, there will be a 20% penalty for administrative and other expenses generated.
Date changes will not be accepted when there are less than 48 hours left for the service to be provided.
Children from 0 to 4 years old do not pay, because they do not occupy a seat in the transport, they ride on the lap of an adult.
All minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult.
The transport is equipped with air conditioning and USB chargers, it is not adapted for entry with wheelchairs.
Prices do not include tips.
