Cancellation Policies

Making the reservation involves specifying the number of adults, the date, time, and flight number, as well as the destination hotel or pickup location; for this purpose, a child aged 5 or older is considered an adult because they will occupy a seat.
To confirm the reservation, payment must be made through the payment methods 72 hours before the transfer.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, it must be communicated with a minimum of 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Otherwise, there will be a penalty of 20% for administrative expenses and other costs incurred.
Date changes will not be accepted when there are less than 48 hours left for the service to be provided.
Children aged 0 to 4 do not pay because they do not occupy a seat in the transport; they travel on the lap of an adult.
Any minor (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult.
The transport is equipped with air conditioning and USB chargers; it is not adapted for wheelchair access.
Prices do not include tips.
